She was always incredibly responsive and answered all of our questions quickly whenever we needed any information. Her professionalism and kindness made the whole booking process so easy. I would also like to mention Magda, who looked after us throughout our stay. She was extremely kind, friendly, and understanding, especially when we asked for an early check-in after a very long 12-hour drive.
